Here’s a photo of Lesley Riley who quoted me in her current “Artist Success” newsletter! I am thrilled . . . she even gave the link to this blog!! That's BIG for a newbie blogger. Lesley was the first person to leave a comment here on Day 1 after I wrote and told her I had finally started my blog.
Lesley has been a huge influence on me becoming more committed to my personal art journey. She is the author of four books, served as a Contributing Editor for Cloth Paper Scissors magazine for five years, has her own “Art & Soul” radio program, and is the creative founder of Artist Success, a company devoted to providing solutions for aspiring/struggling artists. Wow, that's an impressive list!
I happened upon Lesley’s 10-week online workshop ASAP (Artist Success Action Program) shortly after I took my first class from Julie Nutting last July. It was like the stars were aligning once again . . . this time leading me to Lesley. I learned so much from her workshop . . . and urge anyone who is stuck or thinking about moving to the next level of their art path to enroll.
